I am assuming you are referring to the point that you could not hear
any audio through the alternative flash method. This method, the
"Web Client" is still beta software. Last week there were some
issues we needed to resolve and had to turn off the audio to the
"web client".
For the past few months we have invested in a MAJOR server upgrade.
We have also invested in some MAC computers. When the server upgrade
has been completed, very shortly, we will be able to focus on the
MAC compatibility solution. So it will be back in the very near
future - better and more reliable that it has been during the
initial beta period.
Thank you for your feedback.

Hello.
A while back, I had written regarding accessibility to Talking
Communities conferences using a Mac. For a while, it seemed
possible for me to use the alternative, Flash method to enter rooms
and at least listen to what was being discussed. I did, however,
have unpredictable results with this method as it worked sometimes
and not others.
Yesterday, I had an opportunity to join a conference, but I
discovered that the alternative, Flash facility was no longer
available. I hope that the Mac continues to be considered and
supported. The Mac is fast-becoming an affordable solution for the
blind and works very well. I enjoy the idea of participating in
the Talking Communities/Accessible World conferences.
If I can help in any way, please do not hesitate to write. Thank
you very much for your time.
Best regards,
