TK: Preview can read many document formats including pdfs and image
files. The bonus to using Preview on a Mac for reading pdfs is that
you have much more control of what you are reading. Where you
start, what page you want to read, access to the Table of contents
and so on. These options are available to the sighted Mac user with
Adobe but not so usable for VO users. for instructions on some
