Hi,
You may want to report these problems to Apple. I've not personally
experienced them, but I don't use VO-A heavily. I only find a use for
it a couple-three times a week, and it has always worked for me. If
you work out a pattern to when or why it doesn't work, let me know.
For example, are you sure you're interacting with the text before
hitting VO-A? If memory serves, it doesn't work quite right if you're
not.
