Menu Bar

Listers is there a limited amount of room for VO users on the menu  
bar? The reason why I asked is because I could not see things that  
I've added but even when I deleted items it still only shows the same  
items and not the newly checked ones. I figure maybe I'm missing a  
keystroke and if I am please let me know. I usually press VO M twice  
and use my arrow keys to navigate the bar or VO arrows to insure that  
I'm going from one end to the other. Any help is appreciated.
