Choosing the loops / previewing them is easy, I so far, haven't figured out any way to actually get them into a track. The only thing I can find in the help file is to drag / drop them. I've also tried this to no avail.

To access the loops, you click on the Loop Browser button, which brings up a pane with lots o' buttons and a table, among other things. The two areas you'll be concerned with for now are the above mentioned buttons and table. The table will show loops and you'll need to interact with it to see such. First though, you'll need to click on one of the buttons to the right of the table when moving right with VO. I believe the last button in the series or second to last, might give you the widest selection of loops, however, you may need to try other buttons as well. Of course, in the same vane of bad universal jokes going on here lately, the button titles won't read! Go figure! So, you'll need to be superhuman in your resolve to get this simple thing done. lol!

Anyway, once you've clicked a button or two, to get the best selection of loops, which you pretty much won't quite know. lol! YOu'll then need to interact, as I'd mentioned, with the table and then I believe you can use the up / down arrows to access each loop title. YOu may however need to use VO navigation. I personally use the mouse at this point to click on the loop, but you might try VO clicking. This will start the loop playing.

If you again click the loop once you have it playing, it will stop. If you let it go though, and navigate to another, the other will begin playing in place of the first. Does this make sense?…

And that's the extent of my knowledge, currently on the Loop Browser in GB. Perhaps others here may know more. Very best of luck and please do let us know if you find out more?…

Sorry I can't be of more help, but I surely will post something when I know more.

Have a wonderful evening!…

Smiles,

Cara :)

Hello all,

I've been able to see the loops in Garage Band once and I haven't been able to get back to them. Creating a new project and new tracks and even a movie track has not solved this issue.

What I am trying to do is create a podcast with one of the loops as an theme and use the ducking feature and then record the spoken audio.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
