cab files as I understand can be installed with missing synk. I have
no idea why anyone would waste money to do this. I managed to install
a cab file by just sending it to my phone with bluetooth (windows
mobile 5). Mobile speak pocket however requires a full installer to
be run which cannot be done with missing sync.
