questions on making more apps accessible

        hi all;
i'm writing to ask something, there are some un labled bottons, and  
when i try vo+h in Unison it says no help. If i was able to some how,  
i dont know, get someone to tell me what those are, then i could add  
help content to those? And if so, can those setting files be extracted  
so other users can use it?
Unison is the news group program i'm using since there isn't anything  
more accessible or at least nothing i could download that i could find.
