is not availabe standalone so therefore the purchase of either final
cut studio or logic studio 8 would be a good thing.

easier with Sound Studio. I've found that non-destructive clip based
editing works well in Soundtrack Pro. Mastering is also perfect in
Soundtrack Pro. Keep in mind, this isn't easy. It took me about 7
hours to produce that first episode, and about 7 hours for episode 2
as well.

a pretty good podcast using a combination of SOund Studio to
record voiceover work, and SOundtrack Pro for sequencing and
mastering. The only problems exist in dealing with selected clips,
as you may not select a single clip using Voiceover. Selecting all
to the right or left of the play head on a track in the timeline
is possible, but ironically you can't just select the one your
play head is currently stopped on. Hopefully that gets fixed in a
future version with a option-space or option-return or something.
You can move the clips using gridline, and zoom in and out to
increase or decrease granularity. Effects are easily applied, and
are surprisingly accessible. Automation is possible, just turn on
touch or latch mode and force move your mouse to the slider you
would like to control. I may invest in a control surface, but I
want one with only faders and knobs, no mic pres or other
expensive junk that goes beyond simply controlling my on screen
assignments.

Now, a little about the show. This is something I've wanted to do
for quite a while. I've had tons of binaural audio saved up, and
now I have a way to share it with everyone. If you've ever visited
Six Flags Great America, you'll enjoy this audio. If not, why not
explore some of my local theme park every week with me. This
week's episode has us traveling over to Space Shuttle America, a
simulator ride that was closed at the end of the 2007 season for
unknown reasons. Rumor is the Intimen MotionBench system they had
failed at the end of the system and they don't have it in the
budget to fix it. But who knows. Also, a ride on the Daemon
coaster. The coaster starts out with a lift hill, you turn to the
left, go around a corner, drop and invert through two loops,
through a crazy tunnel with lighting effects, and then you slow
down. After that, you head right into two corkscrew turns and the
ride is over. One of the classic coasters at the park. We then go
and see Show Stoppin' which was the new show for 2007 for the
Grand Music Hall. I've got much more to share, so stay tuned.
Now, this is something I've wondered about, is anyone else
interested in learning about Soundtrack Pro? Let me know, the
