Mac help on a PC

Listers please don't shoot me but I need some Mac help on my PC temporarily. I 
have a Dot Mac account and would like to add Dot Mac mail to Outlook Express. 
Does anyone know the instructions on how to do this? Google isn't helpful or I 
am just putting the wrong info in the search.
