Mike you have to interact with the tool bar and VO right until you get  
to more toolbar items and VO spacebar on show stationary. Once you  
type in your To and subject, you'll be presented with a table of  
themes and theme selections based on the type of theme or stationary  
you choose. It will have text in the body of the e-mail that you just  
need to simply delete. HTH
