How many people have actually bought moneywell from http://www.nothirst.com, and is it worth it as far as accessibility with VO?

Hey all, just running a trial of Moneywell, to see if I like it, and  
so far I don't see it as being too bad as far as accessibility, but  
it'd be good to have opinions of others before I actually get it.
