an interesting apple care thing, voiceover users read:)

today, whilst on the phone with the apple care people in regards to a  
hardware repair, i was moving around the screen with voiceover to find  
the serial number of my macbook. Well the lady i was speaking to said,  
"have you ever used chellows"? I was like what? She was "with your  
voiceover, have you used chellows" I was like wate you know what i am  
doing? I guess they had a trainning this past week for most reps on  
voiceover. Lets see microsoft give trainning with jaws or even  
narator. smile, so next time your calling apple let them here  
voiceover, oh and btw, she was listenning to voiceover read my s/n so  
i didn't have to repeat it. grin
