Hi.

I'm using Leopard 10.5.3 with the newest version of Safari. I don't have a Tiger disk, so I can't check if it works better.
Best regards

Hello

Are you using Safari 3? I talked to a fellow back in the days of the tiger who mentioned that he had tried S3 but gave it up because it was wrapping just as you are describing. He also used the text mode instead of groups mode.

Anyway, you might try to inquire to apple if you might get safari 2 back. Do you have 10.4.11? That came with safari 3 already installed on it. Maybe downgrading to tiger 10.4.10 or prior will fix this. If you would happen to have the restore disk that came with your computer?

hey
I'm having more safari issues! lol. I dunno if it's just cuz I'm using tiger or what, but wow this is frustrating. safari will only let me show a little bit of a page before it keeps wrapping to the top. like on my live journal friends page for example, there are a bunch of links, then a log out button, then more links and then finally, peoples' entries that I wanna read. I'll be reading down the page, and as soon as voiceover gets to the log out button, it won't let me go down any further. it'll just wrap back to the top of the page. and after I do this for awhile, it eventually loses interaction with the html content, so I have to re-interact with it. it does similar things on my facebook page. and on my rogers online billing page for my phone bill, it'll show me all the links, but won't show me the current balance. it's like it loves the links and doesn't like the text.
I'm not in group mode for any of this, just regular mode.
is this a tiger thing or is there something I can do to fix it or what? I'm thinkin' about booting up good old pc just to surf the web, lol.
peace and positivity
