I'm still slightly confused about the myspace IM though, what do we add? I
know you explained it but Istill don't get it.
my myspace, although I rarely check it, is www.myspace.com/musicofjessi
so, would I add musicofjessi, as an example?
do you add whatever's after the myspace.com/? or do you add whatever they
actually changed their username too on the site when they come up in your
friends list on myspace?

hey there;
as most of you all know, Adium is an instant messaging program used on the
mac. This lets you connect to accounts like jabber, aim, google talk, msn,
and myspace im. Yep you hurd that right, with Adium you can connect to
myspace im. So mac users have access to myspace im, and also blind users for
your information it works. However, there is a little tip i want to give
you, in order for your contacts to show on your list (there might be a
different way to do this but not sure), but you have to add the user's on
myspace, there current display name. When the user changes there display
name on myspace it will change on your contact list.
Now to change your display name, do the following:
1. do vo+m
2. errow right 2 times to the "file" menu
3. down errow
4. errow down tell you here the email address you want to change, for
example mine says "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
5. right errow to open this sub menu
6. errow up, then down and it will say "edit"
7. hit enter, then click on the preferences tab, then tab to your name (the
only edit field) and write your name, then hit enter. and close the accounts
window that comes up.

ps: i lied, you add the user's username on myspace, for example mine is

so if they have numbers after that "/" sign then i am going to guess that's
what you add.
