I am wanting to have it insert stations ids and stuff at certain times as well
I know megaseg is one but this program is totally unusable.
tons of unknowns etc.

Hmm. Take NiceCast, and iTunes, and make it broadcast shuffled music. That's what I do for shuffled radio.
