keystroke to open quicklook

hey all;
how is the best way to open quicklook on a file? I right now am doing  
vo+shift+m on the file, up errowing, and then hitting entero n  
quicklook.
please help asap, i feel it's something redicusly	 stupid i should  
just know it. lol
