Conference calls with Skype on the Mac

Hi:

I'm trying to arrange for an interview with two different participants  
for my podcast and had a question about using Skype on the Mac. I use  
Skype but neither of the interview participants have it and I'll be  
calling them on regular land lines. Will Skype allow me to call two  
different phone numbers and do a 3 way call? How would I do this?
