The first thing I'd do would be to email a thorough description to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
and by thorough, I mean you want to actually tell someone the exact
steps to guide them so they can create the same situation you found
yourself in, as best you can so they themselves can see what is
happening.
The second thing I'd try is to see if there's a link on the
specific page you were on, for support or contact, and email that as
well.
there may be other more specific ways too,which others here may be
able to assist with,but that's what I'd do to start.
