Hello.
Yes, you can reinstall Leopard independently. The first time I did
it, a tech support person sat with me through the whole install--about
an hour and a half---but once that was done, I had no trouble. Now
thatI think about it, that was when I installed Tiger again, but I
imagine Leopard is the same way. :)
Just, if you have a laptop, remember to use fn-command-f5 to turn on
VoiceOver from the disc.

Hi Everyone,
My computer has been having some problems finding my wireless
network, and apple suggested that I reinstall OS 10 to see if this
corrects the problems (we know it's not a problem with the airport
router itself because other computers on the network can talk to the
base station with no problem) Apart from this little glitch te
computer is running with no problems, but apple still suggested
installing leopard again after walking me through the basic things
that could be wrong to no avail. My question is, can I install
leopard indipendently with Voiceover, or will I need some sighted
help?
I have been really pleased with apple's technical support as I try
to figure out this issue, they have been helpful, they even
dispatched a tech to take a look at the problem... If reinstalling
the operating system doesn't work, I will take my computer to the
local apple store and see if I've got a hard drive issue.
Thanks for any help or suggestions anyone can give me! If you have
any tips on reinstalling OS 10 please feel free to share!
