Hi, Gordon. Absolutely not, on my MacBook. As a matter of fact, VO
seems much snappier, and the operating system seems to be more stable,
as if we needed more stability. You might want to do a disk
permissions repair or install the combo update. Maybe either one or
both of those suggestions might help you.
