Drag and drop with VoiceOver

Hi folks,

I have followed the instructions with the VO help regarding drag and  
drop. However, either I am doing something wrong, or drag and drop  
still only works on lists. I was trying to drag and drop a folder into  
another folder in on the Finder's desktop.

Has anyone else had it where after they supposedly lock the mouse  
button you are not able to leave the folder but you are stuck as if  
you are wanting to rename it?
