Hi,
once you have pressed enter on the message and vo has read it to you,
press control option left arrow untile you hear vo say, "one
attachments popup button".
Press command option space bar and you will hear vo say "quick look
attachment".
You can arrow through the options in that menu, there is quick look,
save all, and if you have more than one attachment it will opt you to
save each individually.
