Don't recall it being complicated the last time I checked it out for  
someone.  It should have an option where you can download a version  
with a book or version of the Bible already included. You also could  
download the program from what I recall and then just grab the  
versions of whatever Bible you want to use. I believe you just dump  
them into a folder off the Macsword folder.
If that's not the problem, drop me a note explaining what the  
difficulty is. I did find the program ok, but if you want something  
that's pretty simple, checkout http://www.biblegate.com I hope that's  
right, I understand it's very good, I've not checked it out.
