Will,

In the input tab of the voiceover utility braille section, you can ad a 
keystroke to do just about anything.  This is a new feature in leopard.

How would you set a keystroke to toggle the feature of either dot 7
and 8 being there or not? In some situations, having the highlight is
irritating.
