I also understand that you are inquiring about the voiceover for mac users. I see that you would like to be able to read and accept the terms of agreement and you want to be able to rent movies

As a iTunes Customer Support Representative I handle issues with billing, downloading, accounts and items purchased on the iTunes store. I apologize as I am not qualified to answer these questions.

I know how helpful it would be for you to have the options you requested and I apologize in regards to iTunes. Apple recognizes that no one is better qualified to provide feedback about iTunes than the people who use it.

I encourage you to use the iTunes Feedback page to submit your comments:
http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunesapp.html

Your efforts to share your feedback are very much appreciated. Mike, I eagerly await your reply. Thank you for your time and patience in this matter.

Sincerely,

Ingrid

Hello Micheal,

I understand that you purchased an explicit song from the iTunes
store and it was "clean". I apologize for any inconvenience this may
have caused you. My name is Ingrid and I would be more than happy to
assist you today.

I have submitted this item for investigation. Apple takes the
quality of the items offered on the iTunes Store seriously and will
investigate the issue with this item, but I can't say when or if the
issue will be resolved. Please try again in a few weeks.

I have also issued a replacement song credit to your account "[EMAIL PROTECTED]
", which you can use to buy the individual song of your choice from
the iTunes Store.

When you sign in to the iTunes Store with this account, the song
credit will appear by your account name in the upper-right corner of
the iTunes Store window. The next time you buy an individual song
from the iTunes Store, the credit will be used to pay for the
purchase. Please note that song credits are not able to be used for
purchasing songs that are listed as Album Only.

If you don't see the credit, refresh your account information by
signing out and back in to the iTunes Store:

1) Open iTunes.

2) Go to the iTunes Store.

3) From the Store menu, select Sign Out.

4) From the Store menu, select Sign In. Enter your account name and
password and click Sign In.

Your song credit should now appear next to your account name.

Please note:To ensure that all artists are treated fairly, Apple's
policy is not to censor artist content that may be deemed offensive,
indecent, or objectionable. The possibility that customers may
encounter such content is addressed in the "Objectionable Material"
section of the iTunes Store Terms of Service, available by clicking
the "Terms of Service" link at the bottom of the iTunes Store window
in iTunes.

Therefore content on the iTunes Store is not censored by iTunes
itself, but individually by the artist.

I am confident that I have addressed all of your concerns. If you
require further clarification please feel free to contact me.
Michael, have a wonderful day!

Sincerely,

Ingrid
