I think there was some discusion when Gabe Vega was on the list and I
think he said taht you could in fact have application specific
settings for VO

Wouldn't it be a useful adition to voice over to have the equivalent
of set files in windows eyes?
i.e.
when i load mail i want these rates, voices and echoing of typing to
be had, but when i load msn with adium, i want silent when i type
