TK: I've found that you need to press the "Replace All" with VO- shift-space. Sometimes it will thump at you the first time, then press it again and it will do the job. Pressing it consecutive times after that will produce the thump or thud noise again which means it didn't find any occurrences. I've also not had very good luck with the Wrap Around item checked. I usually just move my cursor to the beginning and then tell it to do the Find and Replace. BTW, I'd only change Apple to Windows if I was desperate.
