Heh man, is it possible you accidentally hit command shift m when you
really ment vo shift m?
I've got both the tool bar and the mailbox view here, but I noticed
the key to show/hide the mailbox view is command shift m, and I
thought, "well maybe that could get pressed by mistake if you were
looking for the popup menue or the menubar".
