You can use photo booth to make movies. When you open the program you
see three radio buttons. The third of these is movie clip. Pressing
the shutter button starts recording. The file you get is a quicktime
movie which I assume youtube accepts. I've never uploaded a video so
can't say for sure, but I'd be surprised if it didn't.
