Hello,
I have an HP PhotoSmart C7200 All In One system. The HP software works
really fine with VO. I am able to Copy, Scan to OCR, deal with FAXes
and some other functions. The OCR is a form of Read IRIS.
The only thing it doesn't do is autorotate the document. It is
necessary to make sure the page or document is positioned correctly.
Sometimes this takes a scan or two to find the correct orientation.
Other than that, the results are superb.
So in the HP folder I have a suite of several utilities and
applications. Mostly I use the HP Device Manager, it calls on the
correct utility after selecting a job.

Hi, I actually mean being able to copy printed or handwritten
documents using a scanner and printer. I wonder whether there is a
piece of software available for Mac that anyone on the list would
have had an experience of.

Be a little more clear. Are you asking is there a way to have two
copies of the same file on your computer or making a actual photo
copy of a picture?
