Anne posted the keyboard short cut to sort in iTunes:

This keyboard shortcut is actually described in the VoiceOver Getting
Started Leopard 1.5 document under using Finder and sorting in 
List View. At the time that iTunes suddenly became accessible an
insightful poster pointed out that the Songs outline behaved just like
a FInder window, and so commands that worked in the Finder would
also work for the Songs list.  Here's the post from the archives:

(Ignore the information about VO-Shift-C to find column headers if
you're using Leopard -- that was true for Tiger, and you weren't told 
the column names unless you did VO-Shift-C.  This shortcut has a
different definition now.)
