I used the Web interface. What you have to do is hit Vo+Shift+Space  
two times on the "Choose file" button. You need to be careful, though,  
as when you change things in the sidebar, the list will change, and it  
often times won't be what you want. When you get to the File list,  
interact with it, find the file, then press Enter. Then just scroll to  
the "Upload" button. If you have any questions, e-mail me off-list.
