Hi
The easiest way to change shortcut keys is as follows:
highlight the shortcut you wish to change with regular arrow keys. Tab
over until you get to the edit text with the shortcut key in it (it'll
say something like command-space edit text). Now press the key you
wish it to be assigned to.

to a non-latin language, I will have problems using Voiceover and
