I don't know what Track Changes are, but I think I remember reading
something about being able to do them in Scrivener. I don't know if
they can be done in Nisus Writer. These are the only two fully fledged
word procesing applications taht are currently VO accessible as far as
I can tell.
However, Scrivener is not your traditional word processor, it is also
a project manager as well. E-Mail/call me off list if you want further
