guide or tutorial for Mail

Hi:

I wonder if anyone has some suggestions for good tutorials or links  
that I could check out to get some instruction on Mail and its  
features. I'd like to set things up so certain mail is directed to  
certain folders so I can sort things better. So, I want mail for this  
list to go one place, mail from the podcast list I'm on to go to  
another and so on. Any suggestions here.
