Hello!Group Navigation seems to be the best method to get around MobileMe. Down Navigation (as usual) seems to skip a lot of controls. If you must use Down Navigation, use the Item Chooser (VO-I) to get around better (it includes the missing controls) and VO-Shift-SpaceBar to actually perform the mouse click on the control.
