Hi guys. I'm having a major problem with Skype and have no clue what's going on. Whenever I try to make a call, it'll dial the number but it won't ring and then it'll hang up without making the notification sound and return me to wherever I was previously (in a chat/in my profile etc). I know there's a button with no help tag that turns off the speech or something so that I can't tell if someone answers, but I've never seen this. I really need this resolved as quickly as possible for work. Btw, I can receive calls, and also, I signed up with the one-year plan, so I know my Skype-out didn't expire.
