I have finally had to make the purchase through the Windows side - very disappointing. The business of those information windows coming and covering the main window where you need to do something and complete the purchase or something similar has been bugging me on other websites like for instance my bank. On my bank website I have learnt to use link chooser menu or item chooser menu as I know what I'm looking for and what chain of actions I need to take. With assistiveware website I was in the dark as I hadn't bought from them before.

Best wishes

Simon

David, Foolishly, it's never occurred to me to try. Do you think I
could have got a choice of windows to go to?

Listers, I am trying to purchase a product from assistiveware website, and at the point of paying with paypal, I get a window which tells you
of the merits of buying with paypal. That window, however, I think is
covering the main window where you put in your paypal password. I
can't proceed from this point because if I close this window I lose
thep process altogether and have to restart the whole purchase
sequence again. Has anyone experienced it? What can be done? I tried
vo=accent but that doesn't take me to the relevant window. What can be
done. Thanks, Simon
