Better check on your Cal tran statements. Last time I lived in Cupertino area Cal Tran did not stop or go near cupertino. IT went to Sunnyvale or MountainView near the south bay and you would need a taxi from there. Cupertino is near the mountains. Go to San Jose International Airport and get a cab to Cupertino. It ai not far away by freeway. Trying to get a cab in Sunnyvale or mountain view is almost impossible. Vickie Weir

Well, you would fly into San Jose International Airport, if that's possible.
That's the nearest airport to Cupertino. If not, there is also Oakland
International and San Francisco International.

From San Jose International, you would get a shuttle bus right to Cal Train,
and Cal Train heading north, toward San Francisco, stops in Cupertino along the
way. From there, not sure. Have to check. Most likely any cab driver knows
where the Apple Facility is, I would think.

From Oakland International, there are shuttles to BART, and BART goes to San
Francisco, to the Embarcadero Station, where you can get Muni Metro, either
N-Judah or T-Third, to Cal Train, heading south, and stops in Cupertino.

From San Francisco International, same thing. BART goes right to the airport
there. Get off at the Embarcadero station, take Muni N-Judah or T-Third to Cal
Train.

You can board the Muni right inside the Embarcadero BART station. There's a booth right when you exit BART, with a person inside to ask. Tell them you want the MUNI to the Cal Train Station, and they can tell you how to board it.
It's all still underground at that point. You're still inside the station. It's
just that Muni runs one level up from BART, on different tracks. And then surfaces
to the city streets before the next stop, heading the direction toward Cal Train,
anyway. The other direction, it stays underground for quite a few stations before
surfacing to city streets. The Cal Train stop is the end of the line for N-Judah
and it's the 4th & King stop for the T-Third. Same stop for both Metro trains.
