Garage Band Key Strokes

Good evening all:
I might have asked this before, but is there any keystrokes for Garage  
band to simply record, stop, and play back tracks? If so, where might  
i find this information? I have looked on the help files here, but it  
doesn't give any good helpful tips and tricks.
