John:Unfortunately this is a problem with software patents in general. If you think this is outrageous, I do remember one case from earlier this month where one company went after small startups that had a wishlist feature on their website. Not big companies like Amazon, but small startups. This kind of thing has been happening for a while among technology companies but nobody seems like they're actually going to get off their butts and do something about it.
