Go to the sources table and interact with it.  When you get to "radio  
stream", hit "vo+space".  stop interacting with sources, and find  
"songs" table.  When ou hear the music or talk genra you want, hit "vo+ 
\" to expand/collapse.  If you've expanded, look for the "name" column  
and go down to a station of interest.  Hit "enter" on the station  
name, and it will start.  It may take a moment to start playing".  If  
you want to visit other itunes controls, stop interacting with the  
tables and explore.  One thing you might want to do is interact with  
the volume slider.  I set mine to 35% of the master volume.  That way,  
I can keep the music in background and still hear voiceover just fine.
