#1 browse device and choose your phone.

#2 If your phone gives you a prompt to accept a connection, accept it.

#3 In my case, I'm placed on a table containing both C and E. I choose the correct one and double click as described above.

#4 If you want to go back a level, including going back to change the drive, you need to stop interacting with the table and VO-left until you get to the tool bar. Interact with the tool bar and VO- space on the back button. This is kind of a pain, but cmd-up arrow, cmd-left arrow and everything else I've tried doesn't seem to help me go back.
