hmmmm, that's odd you can't see the surrounding text but you can see and
interact with the links. maybe try stop interacting and reinteracting with
the html content? or maybe try looking at the sites in the opposite mode to
what you're using?
I dunno about twitter, I haven't jumped on that one yet, but I use
livejournal all the time and it works great. there's a client called
IJournal that works awesome with VO, and then you won't have to go to the
site to update your journal. but the livejournal site works fine, though.

As promised another newby post!
When working on a site such as livejournal or twitter, I have set up in
both dom and groups mode. I can see links, and interact with them, but
for some reason, the surrounding text content, and some sites do have a
lot of it, is not visable to me for whatever reason.
I am certain that this is solvable, and that you'll already have these
solutions.
