Hi Will,
There is a table of pronunciations that you assign to VoiceOver under
the VoiceOver utility. VO-keys-F8 to bring up VoiceOver Utility, go
to the Pronunciation tab and interact with the table. This only
shows pronunciations you have added, although there are a few
examples. I don't know of any way to get a list of the "original" way
that VoiceOver decides to pronounce words, though it would certainly
be handy to know the rules for this.
