Yeah. This is a very annoying issue which is in the newer versions of Skype. 
I'm still running an older version of Skype, where the file transfer window 
works fine. I'll not upgrade my version until this issue has been fixed!

has anyone noted that when you are receiving f ile from skype it  doesn't 
let you see the file transfers table?
It just states, unknown when you interact with it?
