On Mac laptops there isn't a separate bunch of keys for page up/down or
home/end. So on those machines Function+up is PageUp, Function+down is
PageDown, Function+Left is home and Function+right is end. AFAIK they
should always work this way. Whether the context of the application you
are in does anything when you PageUp is another matter.
