Hi Olivia,

The most probable reason you have undownloaded podcasts is that the default podcast preference setting is to download the most recent podcast episode when new episodes are available. If two episodes were added to the feed between the automatic check times, either because the two podcasts were released about the same time, or because your feed check time was delayed (you use a laptop, or for some reason your internet connection wasn't active at the scheduled time) you'll only get the latest one automatically downloaded. It's not a problem to manually download these occasional episodes, and as Will says you can double click (VO-shift-space twice quickly -- hold down the Control, Option, and Shift keys and tap the space bar key twice) to get these or use the contextual menu (VO-keys-Shift-M) and choose the "Download Podcast".

Cheers,

Esther

Sometimes I find undownloaded pod casts which for some reason haven't been downloaded automatically by Itunes.

Um, you can't. They're there because they aren't downloaded and you can always download them from there. I like it like that. ----- Original Message ----- From: "will lomas" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "General discussions on all topics relating to the use of Mac OS X by theblind" <[email protected]>

hi

how do I stop a podcast feed showing all the previously undownloaded episodes, as I do not care about these. I delete them by pressing backspace on my macbook but then when the podcast updates they come back it annoying lol
