Hi Andrew,
Yes, Boot the Leopard Install CD and turn on Voiceover at the
appropriate point. Go to the menu bar and select the Utilities menu.
The last item in the menu will allow you to reset the password.
You might have to quit the Installer at some point. It's been a while
since I've done this.
