Jaws works it really work under fusion!!
To set it up
1. go to the jaws window under fusion then alt (that's option) with U
then c for configuration manager.
When jaws says, default.jcf press alt s K
In the keyboard setting dialog select the checkbox that says use
numpad insert checkbox to checked
then hit OK and save the file with control s
Then in sharp key remap a key you want to numpad zero. Also I
forgot, in the keyboard options again, make sure the use for
laptop at least layout, insert for your jaws key not capslock or
scroll lock. then whatever key you define as your "special insert"
key will work a dream. I can now do the jaws cursor PC cursor
everthing
